International Trips
The school Cricket Team has tasted victories in the International soil. This provided an excellent opportunity to the students to showcase their sports prowess on foreign soil. It has also herald a new beginning for the exchange programme between the two countries that will be beneficial for the students in the long run.
DUBAI-2011
It was a great day for Columbians when the school boys tour had gone to play an International Triangular Cricket Series in Dubai on 12th Nov,2011 and won the trophy against the opponents like DPS & Sharjah, Young talent Cricket Academy.
SRILANKA-2012
Another spectacular event for the Columbians was a 9 day tour to Sri lanka starting from 29th Nov, 2012 to 8th Dec,2012. The school boys brought laurels to the school and the country after winning the International Interschool Cricket Series.
RUSSIA-2013
2013 was the year again when the cricket team held their spirits high by fluttering the Indian flag in the sky of Russia. It was a 7 day tour starting from 23rd Sep, 2013 to 2nd Oct,2013. The match was played against the White Cricket Team & Senior Cricket Team of Russia.
NEPAL-2014
Being a winner is never an accident, winning comes about by design, determination and positive action. The team of Columbian Cricket Team successfully marked their victory in Nepal in International Triangular Cricket Series played against Pokhara District Team Nepal in 2014. It was a 8 day tour starting from 26th March to 2nd April 2014.
SINGAPORE-2017
It gives immense pleasure and strength to add the pages of immeasurable success in the book of Columbus. 2017 was yet another year when Columbian Cricket Team flutter its flag in Singapore by winning the Triangular Cricket Series.
MALAYSIA-2019
All hearts were elated with jubilant spirit and strides of confidence when the school Cricket team returned back with the winning trophy from Malaysia in 2019.It was a stupendous victory of Columbians in the international soil.
DUBAI-2022
It was indeed a glorious day for the Columbian Cricket Team when they held their head high for winning the International Tri- Cricket Series in Dubai in 2022.The team won the Tri- Cricket Series with a landslide victory in all the cricket matches held in Dubai-2022.
MALAYSIA-2024
“Champions rise by daring to dream.” The school cricket team triumphed in the Triangular Cricket Series at the Kartikeya Sports Carnival-2024 held in Malaysia by winning every match from October 8 to 14, 2024. Their determination and teamwork led them to sweep the tournament and bring home the trophy, setting a new standard for excellence!
In the final match , held at SSU KELAB AMAN stadium, Kuala lampur,
Rudransh’s 3-wicket haul, along with 2 wickets each from Naitik and Jagesh, showcased the team’s bowling dominance. Their combined efforts dismantled the opposition and set the stage for a tense final. Jagesh’s all-round brilliance earned him the ‘Man of the Match’ award, marking him as the standout performer.
